Payment options are as follows:

One Week: $ 125 (THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR NEW PATIENTS OR INACTIVE PATIENTS TRYING TO RESTART PROGRAM) (This fee includes unlimited doctor visits and unlimited counseling sessions within the 7 day period during hours of operation)

Two Weeks: $ 200 (This fee includes unlimited doctor visits and unlimited counseling sessions within the 14 day period during hours of operation)

Four Weeks: $ 350 (This fee includes unlimited doctor visits and unlimited counseling sessions within the 28 day period during hours of operation)
Confirmation for urine drug screens (UDS) from the lab will be billed separately, however any onsite point of care (POC) testing is included within the payment.
